In rear cases we need the MEP Number and Personalization screen info from your Blackberry phone.
Dial *#06# on phone keypad and verify the IMEI you provided with your order matches the IMEI on screen.
Please send these info to us:
1- MEP from the phone.
2- Personalization Screen info.
Here is how to do it.

How to read MEP number without cable:

1.    Access the “Help Me” menu by pressing Alt+CAP+H key (hold all three keys at the same time from main menu).  Notice:  For Pearl and other sure-type model; hold Alt (Bottom left) and type EACE (character is not case sensitive).  For Storm; hold the BACK arrow and tap the screen in the following area: TOP LEFT, TOP RIGHT, TOP LEFT, TOP RIGHT.

2.       Find the following these three information:

2.a.    Blackberry Device PIN (example): 21c16f55

2.b.    App Version (example): 5.0.0.400 (633)

2.c.    Uptime (example): 292512

Enter the information below and generate your KEY
 
Key to find MEP will be appear here.

3.    Type the above Key in your Blackberry from the Help Me menu (same screen from you taken the data in step 2). *Remember to press Alt button for the numbers (example: if Key is 1A2B, you need to press Alt+1, A, Alt+2, B, character is not case sensitive). You will not see anything on the screen as the key is being type. If nothing happen after you type, go back and re-input the Uptime and App Version that you see in the Help Me menu.

4.    Open the \’OS Engineering Screens’ and go to \’device information\’.  Please scroll down and you will find your Blackberry MEP Number.

How to read MEP with software and BlackBerry cable:

1. You can download MEP reader for Windows OS from http://www.imeiunlockcode.com/Mep-Reader
2. Connect your Blackberry to computer using original USB cable
3. Run the software and click Read Blackberry Handset Info
4. You will see your IMEI and MEP Data displayed.

How To Access Personalization Screen:

To access the Personalization Screen, From the Home Screen Menu--> Options--> Advance Options--> SIM Card.
Type  MEPD (not case sensitive) Please Note: When typing in MEPD the letters will not appear on the screen. This step opens up the personalization screen on the device.
For some models you have to type MEPPD. You will see the personalization screen, send the info from this screen. Here is a sample screen.
